  Extra Space Storage sells packing and moving supplies like boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, rope, moving kits, and more. We have all of the moving supplies you need for a successful move!

• Climate Controlling

  Climate control at Extra Space Storage can help protect sensitive items from extreme temperatures. These units typically stay between 55 and 80 degrees year-round.

• Electronic Gate Access

  Extra Space Storage facilities with electronic gate access have a main gate or door that can only be opened with a code entered on an electronic keypad. Each customer is given a unique access code, allowing managers to see who's coming and going at all times.

• Alarm Monitoring

  With alarm monitoring, a storage unit is outfitted with its own individual security system. With this feature, an alarm will sound if an unwanted individual tries to enter. At Extra Space Storage, these alarms can only be disarmed by entering a unique code on a keypad.

• On-Site Resident Manager

  Extra Space Storage strives to provide a safe storage environment. That's why we have on-site resident managers! An on-site resident manager lives on the facility property to be available in case of an emergency and keep a close eye on our customers' units.

• Covered Loading Bay

  A covered loading bay is a large loading area with a roof. These covered bays simplify the loading and unloading process at Extra Space Storage by shielding our customers from sun, rain, wind, and other elements.

• Covered Parking

  Select Extra Space Storage facilities offer covered outdoor parking spaces that can help protect vehicles from precipitation and sun damage.

• Drive-In Building

  Drive-in buildings allow Extra Space Storage customers to pull their vehicle into the facility to load or unload items. This indoor environment is convenient for storing belongings and provides comfort and protection from the elements.

• Drive Up Access

  Drive-up access units at Extra Space Storage allow you to pull your vehicle directly next to your storage unit to easily load and unload items. Some locations even allow drive-up units to be used for vehicle storage for cars, motorcycles, and more.

• RV Parking

  Depending on the facility, Extra Space Storage offers indoor, outdoor, or covered RV parking. Outdoor parking is the most common option for RV storage, with units ranging from 8x20 to 8x40 (and sometimes larger)!

• Individual Floor Access

  Individual floor access is a security feature that only allows Extra Space Storage customers to have access to the floor their self storage unit is on. This security measure helps our facility managers keep track of who is coming and going from the facility.
