Diamond Trans
I called Diamond Trans to see if I could schedule a Limo ride to Chai's for a special night with my wife. Unfortunately, I got routed to voicemail and didn't speak to anyone on my initial call, but in about 5 minutes, Raymond called me back and was so courteous and helpful in planning my travel for the night. Deal done! His rates were well below others I called and I'm beyond happy with how everything turned out. He was on time, drove like a true professional and promptly picked us up after dinner for another smooth ride around town and then back home. As others have mentioned, his limo was impressive and spotless, front to back! If you're looking for a truly enjoyable and reasonably priced experience, Contact Raymond...you won't be disappointed.

Unique Limousine driver and service
The night before my daughter's senior prom, I got a frantic call from her saying their transportation plans fell through and they had no ride to the prom. At that moment, I desperately went searching online for limo companies knowing that my chances of finding someone was slim to none since it was extremely last minute. Raymond was the only person who responded quickly. I was so relieved after speaking with him. He is very compassionate and was sympathetic to our situation. Given the circumstances, I was willing to pay anything for limo services but his pricing was EXTREMELY reasonable. (BTW, the following day I was contacted by another limo service who quoted us $200 more) The booking process was easy, gave my credit card information and verified the pick up/drop information over the phone. He even assured me that he will take really good care of them and make sure they get to their destination and back home safely. As a parent, this was very reassuring as I was just a nervous wreck. Prom night, everything went absolutely perfect! The limo was gorgeous and my daughter and her date felt like rock stars. She could not stop smiling!!! Raymond saved the day and went up and beyond for our family. I truly cannot thank him enough for that. He truly encompasses the aloha spirit and is an Angel!!!
