Tirsa Smith, MBA
With over 22 years of experience in trustee services and taxation, and having joined EAS more than a decade ago, Tirsa took on an ownership role in 2019. Prior to joining EAS, Tirsa worked in the Wealth Management Trust division at First Hawaiian Bank Tax department, starting in this field as a trust and estate tax accountant at KPMG. Tirsa holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and earned her MBA in not-for-profit management from Chaminade University. She has a passion for non-profit work and has contributed significantly to various organizations. Tirsa has served as an elected board member of Voyager Charter School, participated on the audit committee for Elks 616, and held the position of Treasurer for Kumulokahi Canoe Club.
