AMAZING customer service!

I recently ordered a gift basket for my friend from Exquisite Basket Expressions and received some of the BEST customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I was contacted almost immediately after placing my order by someone from the company asking for the recipients phone number b/c my basket was going to be hand delivered and they wanted to make sure the recipient would be home at the time of delivery. At that time I was also notified that the original shipping price that I had paid for was actually going to be $10 less and a refund check would be sent out to me in the mail asap. Well its always great news to hear that something costs less than anticipated and best news was that I received my refund check within the week, much faster than most businesses who usually send refund checks weeks to months later. Each time I contacted this company via e-mail I had a reply waiting for me the same day, often just minutes later. I am so please with the customer care and service that I received I would strongly recommend this company!
