Featured in Gourmet Magazine, Bon Appetit and Conde Nast Traveler, and a guest chef at the James Beard House. Services include private dinners in your home or vacation rental, proposal and anniversary dinners, birthday dinners, wedding and corporate catering, and hands-on cooking classes. Every menu is custom built around your guests and the season, using fresh Hawaiian seafood and produce from local farms. From an intimate dinner for two to a full event, the kitchen comes to you: menu planning, sourcing, on-site cooking, plating and cleanup.
